The Viral Disease Prevention course teaches workers about what they can and should do to mitigate the spread of infectious diseases such as COVID-19 or Influenza while on the job site. Starting with a brief course overview, we then explore what a viral disease is and the steps you can take to keep yourself and others safe while working. Topics covered include social distancing, personal hygiene, cleaning the tools and equipment you and others interact with, and what to do if you should find yourself infected with a viral disease.
