MindForge Mobile App 1.18

Features include:

Message Center

Infinite scrolling

When a user clicks on My Assignments the first 15 messages will load. As theuser, scrolls more messages will load.

Why did MindForge create this feature/improve this feature?

To reduce the loading on a screen. This new feature reduces loading time andgives the end-user a better more familiar experience similar to social media.

Addition of search and sort/filtering

Replication of the search and filtering we have on the Web App. Users can:

Filter by -

  • org, job site, and team.

Sort/Filter

  • Date Range, oldest on top, newest on top

Why did MindForge create this feature/improve this feature?

To allow an end-user to filter through their messages. This update mirrors the functionality of the Web application.

Compose Announcement & Bulletin: Does not require BOTH title and message

The requirement is EITHER/OR, no longer both fields

Why did MindForge create this feature/improve this feature?

Current state end users have to fill out BOTH fields which can cause some frustration when end-users want to send a quick message. The new feature allows for either/or field as long as one is filled out.

Jobsite Dashboard

Remove the ability to create a message from the Jobsite dashboard. All messages must be created/sent via Message Center.

Why did MindForge create this feature/improve this feature?

We want to keep the Message Center as the source of all messages to streamline the process for end-users to avoid confusion.

User Profile

Account Deletion

The user profile has a new option on the bottom of the screen to Delete Profile

Options on pop-up

  • Yes, Delete My Profile Permanently
  • No, Keep My Profile

Why did MindForge create this feature/improve this feature?

Account deletion is an iOS requirement that will go into effect on June 30,2022. We wanted to keep the experience consistent in Android and created.
